Cut Right quoted replacing 400’ of cedar fence in my back yard. Their price was in line with others and as expected for the amount of work entailed. Derek went above and beyond my expectations of the quote: removing additional brush-small trees-tangled vines in the old fence in the back of my property. Furthermore, he installed a temp fence for my three dogs until the work was completed. The demo and install crews were both polite and very hard working. Any and all debris and mess was cleaned up superbly without any prompting. Derek kept me in the loop with updates and timelines before and during the work. Highly recommended. I rarely give accolades or even reviews. The work performed on my property warrants sharing a pleasant experience.

Derek is absolutely wonderful to work with! I came across his information last year and asked him to revamp my existing landscape. He made great suggestions and the finished product was beautiful. Since then, I’ve sold that house and moved into a larger home with really bad and overgrown landscaping. I called Derek because I knew his quality of work, attention to detail, and on-time completion. The landscaping & hardscaping has turned out so beautiful and, I couldn’t be more pleased. From the initial contact, Derek was prompt and on time for each appointment. Very good follow up and he really listened to our ideas and requests. We had our backyard landscaped and a small portion of our front yard too. The work started ahead of schedule and was completed in the promised duration. His crew respected the property and were cordial and were hard workers. The quality of the work was highly satisfactory. We received a good variety of plants and shrubs as requested. Derek Plumb and his Cut Right crew transformed my yard from a desert with a crumbling retaining wall, a broken patio, a major drainage problem, and overgrown, aged, and dying bushes in the flower bed to a showplace front to back. Derek had a vision for this project to make it clean, fresh, and simply beautiful with a boulder wall enhanced by a dramatic recessed area, a stone bench and lights, a paver patio, a rock border flower bed, and the perfect combination of trees, bushes, grasses, and flowers, as well as complete drainage and irrigation systems. We contacted Cut Right Landscape for a quote to redo a flower bed and add a front porch. Derick responded quickly and met us at our daughter’s house. He was very kind and courteous and explained everything they would do. He was very professional. Flowerbeds were taken out and completely redone, a tree removed and a concrete porch was poured. He kept in contact with us on the progress and always asked if we had specific ideas or changes. Everything turned out beautiful!! I would definitely recommend Cut Right Landscape!
We hired Cut Right Landscape to do a poolside job recently and we are very pleased with the results. Derek was very responsive when we contacted him to quote the job. Cut Right leveled and cut out a hole for an Intex pool in my backyard. They were very responsive in providing a quote, showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

After contacting multiple contractors around town for drainage issues in our yard, we found that Cut Right Tree & Landscape offered the most comprehensive plan for a full-yard French Drain system at a very reasonable price. Once our project started, Derrick, Will, the foreman, and his crew did an amazing job installing the French Drains. Each day, Will would update us on progress and provide on-site recommendations to improve the system. After each day, they would clean the site as much as possible, plus when they wrapped up the project, they power washed the driveway and part of the street, leaving our yard with minimal trace they were ever there. This summer has seen a lot of rain. Areas in our yard that used to pond are now almost completely dry quickly after each storm passes. We highly recommend Derrick and his crew!
